Pittsburgh makeup artist Rachael Ryan, studied at the Make-up Designory earning a Beauty Makeup Diploma. Ryan has continued education by training with The Powder Group. Her trainers have included Michael DeVellis, James Vincent, Eve Pearl, Billy B, DeShawn Hatcher, Sheila McKenna and Cheryl Gushue. In addition, Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Crafts from Kent State University studying Visual Communication Design as a minor. Pittsburgh Makeup artist Rachael Ryan also earned a K-12 art education certificate from the state of Pennsylvania, and who, for 4 years, instructed visual arts at Shady Side Academy and Sewickley Academy.

With 8 years of collegiate art education, 4 years as an art educator and 3 years in freelance, Pittsburgh makeup artist Rachael Ryan has developed a joy for the business, a strong eye for esthetics, an inherent knowledge of color theory and all elements and principles of design.
